The pictorial postmark features the official emblem of GOAPEX 2025, depicting an archway portal framed by a decorative gear-toothed or saw-toothed outer ring enclosing a central window motif. The design bears the text "GOAPEX 2025" inside the emblem, accompanied below by "GOA - GATEWAY OF CULTURE", "पणजी 403001 PANAJI", and the postmark date "29.11.2025".
Issued to mark GOAPEX 2025, the state-level philatelic exhibition held in Goa, this special cancellation highlights Goa's unique status as a "Gateway of Culture". Blending Indian and Portuguese architectural, culinary, and social influences over four centuries, Goa's heritage is preserved and celebrated through state philatelic meets. Dispatched through the Panaji Head Post Office (403001), the postmark commemorates both regional postal history and the ongoing preservation of Goan cultural identity.
